Send us the drawing. We review the geometry before we price it, and you get either a quote or the questions that stand between us and one — within one working day.

Manufacturing base
Xiangxue Avenue Middle, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China
Email handles attachments and is the faster route for anything with a file — STEP, Parasolid or PDF, nothing needs to be zipped. On WhatsApp and WeChat, message first rather than calling: we answer in writing by default, because a manufacturing answer that is not written down is not an answer anyone can hold us to later. A voice call can be arranged for a time that works in your time zone.
What to send
A quote does not need a complete data pack. It needs enough to price the work without guessing:
- STEP or Parasolid, plus a PDF drawing if you have one
- Material, and for copper the grade if it is fixed
- The tolerances that actually matter, marked as such — a drawing where everything is tight prices as though everything is tight
- The leak requirement, if there is one
- Prototype quantity and realistic annual volume, stated separately
Not everything decided yet? Send it anyway. A partial drawing with a note saying what is still open is more useful than waiting three weeks for a complete one.
What happens next
- Manufacturability review. The geometry gets looked at before it gets a price.
- Anything that costs you money for nothing gets flagged in writing. A corner radius that forces a smaller cutter, a flatness callout that needs a second operation after joining, a fin pitch machining cannot reach economically — you hear about these before the number, not after the first article.
- Quote. Priced against the manufacturing route the part actually needs, not against an assumed one.
A video walk of the equipment can be arranged at a time that suits you.
We may be the wrong shop if
Saying so now saves both sides a week:
- You need parts inside a week. International logistics usually make us the wrong choice at that schedule. Use a domestic quick-turn shop and come back when the design is settled.
- The design is still changing weekly. Pay the premium for a local feedback loop while the geometry moves. Distance costs you iterations, and iterations are what an unsettled design is made of.
- You need a complete system. CDUs, manifold assemblies, quick disconnects and full loops are outside what we build. We machine plates and thermal parts, and a supplier who says yes to everything is telling you something.
- Your process depends on frequent calls. We work primarily in writing, in English. Technical decisions are easier to review, forward and hold someone to when they are written down — but if daily phone contact is how your team runs a programme, that is worth knowing before either of us invests time.
